All orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day (next-day shipping at the latest), excluding weekends and holidays.

Orders placed after business hours may be processed the following business day.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Most orders arrive within 2–4 business days from the time of purchase, depending on your location.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to carrier delays.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, so you can follow your snacks every step of the way.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If this occurs, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly and checking with neighbors or your local delivery office.

To ensure fast shipping and consistent quality, snack availability may vary.

If an item is out of stock, we may substitute it with a similar snack of equal or greater value.
